I was surprised to see how Uber rip of its clients, charging them, ohh sorry i should say robbing them in day light and no one is there to challenge them. I did some research on the internet by getting in touch with few of the clients whose money was stolen by Uber. I believe this is how Uber became a 50 billion dollar company, by taking the hard earned money of the drivers and then stealing money from the clients.
Take a look at a few of the tweets below and you will be shocked.
Gabrielle Wathen, 26 years old student learned it a hard way about Uber surge pricing. Paying more than $360 on last year Halloween. Her 20 mins drive cost her more than her two weeks salary. Gabrielle and many other like her suffered the same fate while using Uber.
boycotting @Uber because they just took an unauthorized $560+ dollars from my account for no reason. #uber #ihateuber pic.twitter.com/fgYzsO6kpd

And this is what you get to hear from the Uber in return.
@jackal531 Sorry for the sticker shock! Our goal is to be a reliable ride even if it's at a higher cost // @marynich6591 @Kennamarie8

@Uber @jackal531 Totally not irrational. @uber's surge pricing was unreasonable last night.

Just be careful guys you can end up paying $500 for a $20 trip while using Uber. I always use Black car and yellow cab, at least i know i will end up paying the right amount for my trip.

i have heard many stories like these from friends and colleagues. Its s complete ripoff and there is not one taking action against it. One company is robbing people and everyone is quiet. Uber is a complete fraud im glad we kicked out Uber from LA. You people should do the same in New York and other cities.

there are hundred of such stories in the news. Uber, Lyft and other app companies are doing the same thing. But how in new york people are moving back to black cab and yellow cab service. in the nutshell people are now losing confidence in uber and other app car services.

Its preposterous completely. But its the fault of the people as well, they wont pay an extra cent to a driver in New York but they are happy to pay Uber extra and then later on cry about it. The funny part it that after these incidents these people will still continue to use Uber, Lyft and other apps. We are licensed drivers we know what we are doing, we have to earn our bread and butter from driving, we got tlc and other authorities to keep a good check on us. So we know our job. you can expect a day time teacher be a driver and drive you safe from A to B. Come on people wake up ….

Uber is like the wall mart of the transportation business. Paying minimum wage to the people work for them and building its empire filled with greed.

“I cant trust neither uber nor lyft . I had a very bad experience with a
lyft driver. first of all he kept on talking through the journey and
then he tried to ask me for my number. After which when i asked him to
stop his bullshit he became rude. I complained the lyft people and i got
from them was an apology email. So now i am back to using taxi atleast i
know the drivers are not going to bug me and mind there own business
and plus they are experienced trained drivers.”

Well its all about professional attitude, i think Uber and Lyft are focused on making profits. They should give proper training to the drivers.
