It was dark around 6 am or so when I was parked on Park Avenue, a block away from Waldorf Astoria. My pick up was at 7 am so I got there early, bought a cup of coffee from the street carts. I was standing outside my car and enjoying the coffee and all of a sudden out of nowhere this traffic police agent showed up, scanned my car sticker and printed a ticket for $115 in a white crispy paper. Oh my God, I was pissed. The stress a New York limo driver has to go through is unbelievable. So that day I worked for free. Why don’t the police asks us to move instead of giving us a summon. Why it has to be this way?
